Data Protection & Privacy

  • Data Storage: All uploaded applications are temporarily stored in Amazon S3 and then transferred to SauceLabs for execution. Neither location retains the application permanently; it is deleted automatically by the device OS after the test session or after two months.
  • Data Processing: Processing occurs within secure environments, including the Graviten platform and authenticated user roles, to ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Privacy Compliance: Our Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect personal information, ensuring compliance with applicable data protection laws.

Access Controls & Authentication

  • Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA): We offer optional multi-factor authentication to enhance account security. Users can enable MFA using authenticator applications like Google Authenticator.
  • User Roles & Permissions: Our platform features a comprehensive permissions model, allowing organizations to define user roles and access levels to sensitive information and functionalities.
